Bungie: create an armory!
***Due to the overwhelmingly positive response, I forwarded my idea to the devs, they actually like it! Was very surprised, good job guys!***
Few of my buddies were talking about how cool it would be if they had a one stop shop with every single exotic gun and armor showcased on the wall, it would even contain the frames for legendaries so we can see everything destiny has to offer.
When you click on it, you can buy it for either 290, 300, 310, or 320...depending on how much silver you want to spend.
For the legendaries, you can do the same thing except you can pick or choose which perks you want on the gun, as in paying for each perk you put on the gun.
They could even have armory exclusives which are even more exotic weapons/armors than the best weapons/armors, kind of like a thank you to the loyal fans for supporting the future of bungie.
A small addition, they could have a vendor in the armory that sells all the parts you need to upgrade your equipment or gain buffs for xp.

Edit 4: and now we are trending again! Boy, yall are relentless! Most of you have stated about not wanting guns to cost silver, but instead, to cost gold.

2 RepliesThat would make it pay to win and they would loose well over half the player base. Pay to win has killed many a game, and it has no business being in any game what so ever. You want something cosmetic, fine...but you want pay to win then this game will not last.

1 ReplyAs person who has a full time career, a family, and I greatly enjoy playing Destiny. I can understand the loathing of the grind. But a Pay to Win system is not the answer. Cosmetics are fine imo as they do not affect gameplay. But using real world money to buy superior gear creates a hostile player environment that only leaves a vicious cycle of greed. No more fun, no more Destiny.
