No, they can be quite powerful, but on the other side of the coin, they can be killed relatively easily. It's a good tradeoff between strength and weakness.

Im terrible with warlock as far as evasion and .9k/d Mayhem rumble with stormcaster got 7 wins in a row with an 1.8o k/d average

5 RepliesLess range than HoS. Less damage than HoS (requires more TTK). Less armor than HoS. Only benefit is mobility and good crowd control, which makes it fairly balanced (at least compared to the new subclasses).
