Confirmed: Pay2Win Model NOT coming to Destiny
Luke Smith confirmed we don't need to throw money at the the screen for Pay2Win consumables in a tweet.

The Valorous/Heuristic/Indomitable Light were Three of Coins-like buffs sold by the Speaker for Motes+Planetary Materials (I honestly don't remember exactly what they cost, [but it was never Silver] I can't keep the entire economy in my head) but for a variety of bug-related reasons they were removed. They were also - as has been pointed out - in the data files before TTK shipped.
Someone PM me when Zoba hasn't talked about TLW for a month (seriously, move on). Clock starts now ;b[/spoiler]
Extra: Nightfall is shitty. Bungie acknowledged. They are going to fix it.

I doubt it. Those things will happen before we know it and the ppl that will have the most drops will be most likely to get a great gun with great perks that destroys ppl in pvp. See....pay to win.

13 Repliesim not against the addition of eververse (yet). but the tweet just says that there wont be a consumable that will increase loot drops in the raid. that doesnt say anything about other consumables that could be consider pay2play.
