Dear all those who exotic farm...
I believe that all people who farm the 3 of coins are just ruining the experience for themselves. I used to farm then for like 10-15 3oC but it just makes it too easy to get to higher light levels... Pretty sad tbh
[spoiler]if you look at my account and think I haven't been here for year one, look at "Fears Melt" over 250 raid completions until my characters were deleted. [/spoiler]

3oC are shit at best. Of all the engrams I've gotten I got 1 secondary 1 helmet and 5 gloves which was the one item I had 310 on all my characters cause xur sold them like wtf the odds are super lower then when u get them getting the armor is super rare then getting the actual exotic is shit. I wish I could just get exotics from the nightfall like before

All you have to do was switch gear and you can run the raid or whatever activity twice a week. That's cheap and not legit. 2. You have a grimoire score of 2800. [b]2800[/b]!!! That's low for the HoW days! El oh el 3. You have not even come close to completing your moments. Like you really did nothing in year one. So you have no room to call any day one or year one players anything since you are a filthy casual at best. 4. That medal score. Hahaha. Have you ever won a game of pvp?? 5. Farming is destiny. What the hell do you call everything in the game? We repeat all content every week for a chance and good gear. That's farming. - so there you have it. You sir are not legit in any way so I suggest you go back and hangout with your two warlocks and call it a day while you run level 20 vanguard strikes and patrols and call yourself "[b]legit[/b]"

How is it ruining anything? The goal is to gain gear and light levels after you've reached 40. All 3oC does is give you a chance for a drop, you've just as equal chance to drop a high level blue or purple. It doesn't remove content, it doesn't grant you powers, it simply gives you a chance for a drop that is most times not useful.

It keeps strikes interesting for knowing I may get an exotic as opposed to lousy legendarys or blue's

"Exotic farm" what constitutes as exotic farming? Is using a 3oC while playing strikes exotic farming? Because if you think that's exotic farming then you're stupid. I am 309, 307, and 301 and I've never sat and killed Draksis over and over.

You simply got lucky with your drops, the likelyhood of you hitting 310 simply playing the raid without using exotics as infuse material is incredibly low. The drop rate is so random for high light level gear. On top that two warlocks = twice the chance for high light gear.

Absolutely insane to ever call anyone a "fake" light level. If they got there they got there. Who cares how they did it. If they did it through farming exotica they still did the work. And they had to break down said exotics Into their gear to level themselves up. Nothing wrong with that. This is like saying: Dear raider jerks, Where do you get off getting high level gear by doing the raid once a week for each of your three characters. You then proceed to take all the gear and break it down into one character to make sure he's as high level as he can be? What a joke. Why don't you grind out vanguard strike playlists like the rest of us until RNG (RN Jesus) gives you all 310 gear. *guffaw!* What a bunch of fake posers. Gah quit being such a conformist. I'm so hipster and cool. There's only one way to play video games. Forget that the makers of the game provided multiple ways to accomplish tasks.
