NEW CHEESE FOR ORYX FIRST TO KNOW
Me and my fire team found out this quick cheese on how to stun oryx and infinitely set off the corrupted light over and over again, killing him. Here's what you need to do it.
NEED
3 tables (same size)
1 coffee maker
2 coffee vats
1 small coffee vat(for iced coffee)
2 Iced tea vats
3 of the same size cloths
Specialty Flavors
ice
Lipton Ice tea bags
Sugar(brown and white)
Enjoy your freshly made drinks to do it legit you scrubs.

The fight is honestly seriously easy, but requires a huge gear check before you reach the point that makes it easy. If you are still struggling to kill it that is because it is intended to be hard and require better gear compared to the other encounters of the raid. To those of you that are mad because the OP "said" (jokingly) that people who rely on glitches to kill end of raid bosses are scrubs he is right. If you SERIOUSLY need glitches to kill bosses in a game as EASY as Destiny than you are very much bad at this game. I am not proud of this fact, but I have [u][b][i]OVER 150 DAYS[/i][/b][/u] played in World of Warcraft. I know the struggle of wiping for MONTHS on a particular hard mode boss and I enjoyed every minute of it. In a game such as this half of the fun comes from meeting the challenge before you. The purple balls are just a means to that end. At most it has taken me [u][b][i]MAYBE[/i][/b][/u] two or three days with [u][b][i]RANDOMS[/i][/b][/u] to kill things such as hard mode Atheon for the [u][b][i]FIRST[/i][/b][/u] time and will probably continue to happen with this expansion. In conclusion, GET GOOD SCRUBS! TL:DR - Don't cry if you are bad and can't kill bosses without glitches. The challenge is supposed to be part of the fun AND the OP is joking...
