Disclaimer: i dont know shit about doctor who. This is based of what i have read in the comments) I think, realistically, star wars and halo aren't on par with any universe. Halo has the rings and precursors right? Bdz, ST, and DW all have a character or characters that could very quickly or instantly destroy said rings. Same goes for the precursors. Even if ST didn't use the Q continuum, the borg are tier 3 civilization with limitless energy capabilities with knowledge and tech from around the universe. If they didn't destroy precursors, they'd steal it. Whos to say they dont already have some of their knowledge Star wars has some badass stuff no doubt. Ships are faster and shielding is probably stronger that star trek. Once again Q and borg. Even without them, ST could give it a run for their money. Especially if the federation went no holds and actually became a war machine. BdZ alone could squash even the most badass ships. Not even a contest. The only ones that could make a challenge are jedi and sith. Even then, its all close combat. Energy beams and stuff would over power them. And considering it's formed from thier Ki or some cases the life force of surroundings, it would take a truly godlike jedi or sith to block stop or deflect it. In the end, i believe SW would loose. (Im just talking z fighters. Not even beerus and the slew of other characters) Then you add DW to the mix, and once again, omnipotent beings or indestructible being. DC and marvel would put up the biggest fight against these three, but even then, DBZ vs DC or Marvel, itd tough and its be real close. Reeeal close. I think DBZ would win in the end. Maybe not enough to contend with ST or DW. Maybe someone with more knowledge of these three could argue a different case, but you start getting into the galactic characters, and they put superman to shame. In the end i think it'd be ST and DW. At that point, based on some characters i just read about in DW, itd be a stalemate. I think it's funny that Star Trek (without q and borg) literally only stands a chance against star wars. And they only reason they can even be considered is because of Q and Borg.
