Wow. I have stayed up nights trying to beat the raid, and am getting closer. Now you put this ridiculous nightfall out with void burn and trickle? You want people to play your game? I refuse to do this nightfall for hours just to receive some legendary dismantle.
This is BS.
So some people beat it. Great. I don't want to waste 1.5 hours for a legendary pos that I can already buy. F that.
So it seems that 90% of the replies so far say get good, I beat it, it's not that it's overwhelmingly difficult once you pass the warsat. Ok. I'm glad you beat the NF for you 280 weapons and armor or 12 coins. Rewards aren't worth it IMO.
There are some really angry people on here. You know, instead of telling me to go to college and study and get good and don't make run on sentences and lick my ass whilst standing on one foot playing destiny....maybe try and be a pal with a good strategy so I can get my 12 coins I've been craving for a year playing this game.
Last edit. Ok I changed the title from F U, to a more un-hangry message of frustration. I'll beat the thing if I beat the raid first. Otherwise it's just not worth it to me.
OK OK LAST EDIT. So since like 500 people called me out right here...I'm going to take the time and do the NF based on challenge alone. Guess I'll thank you or not in a few hours after work.

I like this game but i got rare shit and all the excotics I gotten so far is older shit.. Don't understand why bungie says they want u to play with the new fear when they give u the old stuff but year two version smh garbage

I'm not going to try it. Dud the nightfall last week with one of the coins to increase the exotic drop rate and got a legendary fusion rifle. Not worth the hassle imo

I got absolute shit on it, a total waste of time especially since it doesn't award legendary marks or even a buff on rep gains. Not worth the effort so don't do it I'm not going to on my other characters.

Beat the nightfall in 15 mins and got an Antiquated rune lol Not the exotic I wanted but I can take that rune to Court of oryx and get some stuff so it isn't that bad lol oh and legendary marks

Edited by QuiscalusMajor: 9/22/2015 5:34:18 PMtook my team maybe forty-five minutes, and that's because one guy kept stopping to switch stuff around, we wiped twice at the warsat waiting for supers, and we wiped once at the boss. i had a void sidearm i pretty much used as a primary and a machine gun that pretty much melted his shank face with a WoL bubble. buddy on his then-250-some light Hunter went down, i went down, buddy's friend clutched the kill for us while dodging sniper shank fire. it was not near as hard as i thought it was gonna be. my buddy and his friend both scored exotics (hawkmoon and a new hunter helmet that makes you poop orbs like a pro), i scored another legendary machine gun and the boss himself pooped me that warlock-only strike helmet, so it was worth the run for me in the end. just get in there and git 'er done :3

The only reason I would do it now is to hopefully get a gun drop with a higher lighter level than my exotics so I can infuse them

Edited by Shady2101: 9/22/2015 4:55:16 PMI did it with 2 randoms from lfg no problem. Just stay behind the cover when it comes up and move to the other side of the room when it goes down. When his health is getting low snipers spawn at 4 windows, 2 either side of the room, take them down asap and the rest is easy. If you really struggle then get a titan to run bubble and it will be a breeze

I've been saying this since i beat last weeks NF, there is no point since the they took away the xp boost and added 3oC. I can get strange10-13 coins in 30-40 mins from a poe 28 and more legendaries from heroic strikes.
