Which "Enemy" is Truly Evil?
I personally say that the Hive and the Taken are the two that actually seem evil. What is everyone's opinion?
Edit 1: not a single vote on fallen or taken lol
Edit 2: only 1% of the voters think the fallen are evil.

Considering they all want to kill us..... And we are made of light and they live in "DARKNESS AREAS" I would say all of them bro. Simple as that. Most evil? Taken because they have all races and a direct Vengeance for us. All the other are just doing their own thing and we happen to be there -blam!-ing around

The vex are probably closest to true evil, because they weren't laid low like the fallen. They aren't running like the cabal. They weren't deceived like the hive, or taken like the...taken. They're literally trying to write themselves into the law of the universe, meaning they would become a Fact. They couldn't not exist. But given the chance, wouldn't everyone want that for their species?
