Why are people still playing Vault of Glass, Crota's End, and Prison of Elders?
I want to level up my Year 1 gear and collect them all too, but is there any point? The only reason I still use Year 1 gear is if they have abilities that the Year 2 gear doesn't.
EDIT: I'd love to play the raids and PoE with maxed-out Year 1 gear but I'd have to require that on the fireteam, and I'm not sure how many people would be up for that. I would love to destroy the bosses with maxed-out Year 2 gear though.

PoE 28 is a good way to farm for Strange Coins and Motes. Vault is always fun to do and Crota idk whats the purpose. Maybe for the Crux ?

Vault of glass was the only enjoyable thing about this game for an entire year. It deserves to be played by everyone.

PoE - need to get to rank 3 with Variks to unlock shaders As for old raids, because they're still enjoyable?

Just for fun it seems. I tried PoE once after TTk just to see if the rewards were different/better. They're not. There's no reason for me to go back and play these modes, but I can understand if people just want to do them for fun.

Hard vog and crota for materials. Exchange for motes and rank faction up, raids take no time at all now, they didn't take much anyway to be fair...

We should test what kind of damage b in old raids like a same impact scout rifle 170 vs 290 and up. In curious. Specials and heavy of choose too. I'm thinking there must be a cap like there is on low level stuff. I remember on patrol I put on a green gun and still did the same max damage. Maybe it was blue I'm not sure but I know it still capped on low level enemies.
