Sign if you've done it and how. I got mine after a quad with a rift backflip, then fist of havoc stomped three other guys from behind.

Phantom:
Kill seven guardians without taking any damage.
Bottom edit: Phantom isn't the hardest medal, but it's still pretty difficulty to get. Any yellowish medal is a score in my book.
