I think the main reason a lot of people are unhappy with NN is due to the pacing of his lines. At least this is what my clan and I have decided. He speaks very fast, not putting enough space between different sentences. And his enunciation on specific words seems poorly placed in multiple occasions. For example. In the devils lair strike, on the wave when the hive first enter. He says, "just so you know. There's more fallen and hive on the way." Not to be picky, but really listen to it. There should be a pause after he says fallen. Before enunciating "and hive." Because the hive get introduced into the battle at this point, his sentence is actually incorrect. This happens in many lines throughout the game. My clan and I feel that the voiceover for the original game content wasn't simply just poorly put together. It was more likely rushed, due to having to spend more time on the new TTK content. Allowing the newer stuff to sound better. Anyone that has replayed all the way through the game with NN as the ghost, will notice that his lines eventually find a better pacing. Showing that after some time as this character, he figured out where he needed to be. In addition, NN definately makes the ghost too optimistic, and happy all the time. Which isn't necessarily bad, but its polar opposite to the original ghost we all know. Peter spoke with a deep monotonous voice most of the time. Which is more what you'd expect from our robotic companion. NN speaks with a bit too much personality. As we approach september 15th, we can all say as we want. But when the new content comes out, we will see if his voice is given more effort. Until then, lets all just try to get used to the change. Also, to the guy that posted a comment about anyone who thought he sounded gay being a homophobe. Please look up the definition of a phobia before you riddle posts with uneducated remarks. I don't think people realize the reason they switched to Nolan North rather that Peter Dinklage. Dinklage is always busy. North is specifically a video game voice actor. They can call him into the studio anytime and he will be there whereas Dinklage wouldn't. Proof is the first two dlc's. Ever notice that the ghost didn't have any dialogue in them? That's because they couldn't get Dinklage back. That won't happen with North. Also he doesn't sound "gay". If you think he sounds "gay" then you are a homophobic person. He sounds more... Smart? Nerdy maybe. Not "gay". Edit: typos.

Nolan is a great voice actor; however, his performance here is subpar. The way he speaks makes him sound like a voice I'd find in a dubbed anime. Maybe we'll get used to it, maybe not. But I sure will miss dinklebot.
