Don't horde bounties, you will get like 1-2 levels, not six.

I never horde bounties. It shortens the game and makes it kinda boring.

Don't forget to crunch in to your calculations the extra 6 bounties we get from patch 2.0! Also I'm collecting just for leveling my subclass tree enough to be super useful in pvp where Ima get the bulk of my exp

5 RepliesFirst of all, those 1-2 levels are 1-2 levels you wouldn't have if you didn't horde them. 16 (increase on 9/8) 5k bounties (19 total vanguard)=80K 20 public even packages=50K Focused light=1.5x Blanket NF=1-1.25x (no details if it is going to be a straight blanket or reduced one.) Day one=1.5-1.75x 130k*1.5=195k 130k*1.75=227.5k So, if you have been preparing for long enough, you will get anywhere between 195k and 227.5k xp.

6 RepliesDon't forget, turn in 1 bounty and your faction will flip... assuming you edged it, 1 for Vanguard, 1 for Crucible, 1 for " insert faction name" ........and you still have 7 left and your comendations to put towards flipping one of them again....4 packages.....plus the experience.

I figure things in these three options 34->40 2500 x3 + 500 = 8k lvl 35 7.5k + 3k = 10.5k. Lvl 36 10.5 + 3k= 13.5k = lvl 37 13.5k + 3k = 16.5k lvl 38 19.5k lvl 39 22.5k lvl 40 Total 90.5k If each level doubles in XP req 8 8*2 8* 4 8*8 8* 16 8* 32 Total 8* 63= 504k To reach 40 Triple XP each Total 2.7M

I don't mean to shoot a hole in your theory, but isn't getting one or two levels better than getting none? Just a thought.

Woah man slow down. You gotta: 1.hoard 5000 xp bounties 2.get redbull focused lights 3.max out vanguard and crucible marks 4.if you're really dedicated buy the new bonus xp class items (part of the emote pack) for $20 That's how ya do it.
