Urrox way to op
Me and my friends just went into 34 poe and we swept through the entire thing, till the boss. Urrox I feel NEEDS to get nerfed, in that his rage should be for less time and shouldnt happen as often. I also think that while rage is active, he shouldnt be able to shoot rockets at you. I just feel they made him WAY to op and he needs to get nerfed.
Can we please stop with the "your terrible" and the "Its easy" look, I messed up on the boss once. Doesn't mean you have to drill me in to the ground with immediate assumptions of me being the worst player ever? I had no experience with this boss, hadn't played the game in weeks and post this and now im the worst destiny plaer ever. Im asking for everyone to just please stop. I was hoping for people to give me more advice then call me horrible.

2200 grimoire get gud scrub. Most likely got destiny at HoW. Wow omg so friken newb like wow soo bad. Mabye if you played vault or crota tou would have a solar weapon to help you along. The boss is solar burn like how is that overpowered. Kid geez bruh get gud.

5 RepliesI don't think you're a scrub, and I can understand you having a tough time since you lack experience against the boss. However, you're first mistake was coming here to talk about. I'm sure you didn't expect this response because then you wouldn't have set yourself up, but now you know for future reference. He's probably the easiest boss out of the lot of them just because he's in the easiest arena to hide and shoot in. If you complained about Quodron, nobody would fault you. You should probably just refrain from complaining about bosses on the forums, and if you're going to, NEVER use the word 'nerf'. You are feeding the problem when you say it. Nobody respects people leisurely throwing that word around here. You be torn a new one every time, without warning or question. Some people won't even read your post. They'll just see 'nerf' and shred you for it. With that being said, just look up some tips, and take your time with the fight. You'll figure it out. It really isn't as difficult as it seems, you just gotta get the lay of the land is all. Keep your head up, Guardian.

The strategy that I use is to run to the left corner right as the fight starts. Pelt him with your weapons unless the mobs get too thick then you cut them down. When he summons his rage, Hunters use triple jump, Warlocks use angel of light, and Titans use their bubble for themselves and the other teammates. As long as you maximize your air time the rage won't be an issue. Rinse and repeat. Good luck Guardian [i]VeRtiGo-365[/i]

Also, I believe it could be level 33 that is making it even harder. I can recommend having a bubble Titan or more and some self res warlocks that way you can subside the burn damage, and prevent deaths. And if your not sure about positioning, I usually go on the left, but if the burn comes, sometimes going out to that spot helps since you get more jumping room. P.S. You can expect hate and negativity, never in any game that I play have I seen such a sh!t community.

If you wanted advice on beating him then thats what you should of posted. There are plenty of crybabies screaming nerf this or nerf that on these forums. People will have little patience if thats what it appears you are doing.

I feel that bosses shouldn't be nerfed, unless they are absolutely impossible to beat. I have beaten Urrox twice, therefore he's not impossible to kill.

Dude. People are flaming you because you cried 'nerf' after messing up once. Think about how dumb that is. Anyway, you can avoid dying on rage with a hunters triple jump, a warlocks angel of light perk, or a defender bubble with armour of light. Post up on the left and get a handle on adds asap. Call out wizards and boomers so you can group smash them. Its solar burn, so for gods sake use all solar guns! VoC, Vex, Black Hammer, Gjallarhorn all spring to mind...

Always have 1 player attacking urrox and the other 2 dealing with ads,once the ads are thinned then all attack urrox. IMPORTANT when urrox is about to do his move,have the titan pop his bubble and everyone get inside and start jumping. Warlocks should have angel of flight Hunters gunslinger and triple jump. Titans defender and blessings. Personally when my team does it we all go left and the ads team go left (facing the boss from the left side of arena) and I go right,the boss damage dealer can virtually get him nomatter where he stands from here. Keep chipping away and make sure to jump.

Urrox is pretty easy. Jump in the air then snipe or rocket launcher. Usually goes down in 10 to 15 mins

Run to the left side of the map. No buts. Thn when his rage comes just jump in the air. If youre titan/warlock just stay in the air as much as possible. Have titan? Use defender. If its hunter thn jump once and as you are about to hit the ground jump again. Its impossible to die with full health. If you're having trouble with above thn at the left side of the map where you're supposed to go there are 2 stairs. Jump across them back n forth until rage is over. Thts it. Watch out for wizards and when hes ready to rage thn take cover to recover. No nerfs, easy.

That's a pretty easy boss. There's nothing about him that needs a nerf and you just need to get to the right spot.

Please take a few seconds to just imagine how stupid your post sounds and youll get why people are busting your balls. YOU and YOUR entitled rich post is what i hate about the dumbass kids here. But you're not asking for advice. Your post clearly states that you feel the boss needs nerfed. Therefore, your edit is irrelevant. The boss doesn't need nerfed, Make a thread asking for legit tips and then maybe you won't get so much grief.
