[i]Nightfall isn't going away.
Nightfall isn't going to be any easier.
"Not going to orbit," does not translate to, "Strike won't restart."
Weekly Heroic isn't going away. We're literally getting a playlist of only Heroics.
EDIT: Yes, the Nightfull buff is going away, but Bungie is increasing all reputation and XP gains to compensate.
EDIT: If you're so convinced that the Nightfall is defined by being returned to orbit (Apparently to you Nightfall = more loading screens), then just go to orbit when you die. It's that simple.

But nah, let's continue to jump to conclusions with every new piece of information we get guys.

"Now uses 30 second time-out penalty for Death (same as Raid Normal)" Apparently he who does not know how to read is you: the strike will clearly and supported by evidence NOT restart when you wipe, instead it will flash the raid time out and stick you at your last area checkpoint, just as the normal raid consumed by darkness screen does. As for this being a welcome change by the community... I'm not really getting it. No one wants to play a stupidly cautious activity right; the burn modifiers already provide significant challenge to the activity. There's like zero reason I should full wipe because I solo every week and some recently spawned dreg shot at my trip mine as it left my hand...
