You need to reconfigure your NAT settings. Regardless what any other website tells you, it should be set to Open. Make sure you are using a wired connection....makes Destiny more stable.

Her xbox got the cable(wired) cause her box is prefered from our conection and my box is on wi fi

You should try switching yours to wired....if possible.
