Im a sophomore in high school. At the end of freshmen year i did 95 for a set of 10. Now i do 135 for a set of 10. I have been and still am small but im working my hardest. Max outs are in a few weeks in my APC (Advanced Physical Conditioning) class so idk what my max bench is yet. My goal is to gain 20 pounds by December. By the end of this year i want to gain 35-40 in total. It will be a step in the right direction

2 RepliesI get three reps of 225 for my max. I'll admit chest is my weak point. I feel like I've hit a plateau in my chest workouts. Haven't seen much growth in a few weeks. Any pointers on how to get past a plateau?

Use to do 365 for 3 sets of 8. I was so proud/beastly. Only can do 315 now.

My max was around 225 about a year ago. Im still fairly close to that.
