I do. That hallway overlooking the B control point is sniper heaven.

Signed. I've been using a sniper (usually praedyth's revenge) on all the maps. Pair that with bad juju and nothing is beating you at mid-long range. I've also been using NLB recently on my Titan and actually been having a pretty great score.

I use snipers in any map I want, I actually run around sometimes quick scoping people, I don't see how people find it hard to do that...
