I decided I was gonna start grinding for it. Got about 60 in, and my buddy decided he'd so a strike with me. Guess what he gets after one strike? The HP. I was pissed

1 ReplySaw two drop in level 28 POE yesterday while grinding for LOW. I got two Dry Rots. The drops really weren't that bad.
