Grimoire, flavor text, cut scenes, dialouge. All of this is lore, so maybe instead of being a bigot minded fool, try learning something. I don't mean to be an arse but learning to spell dialogue may help before you throw around accusations about other users learning to read. Difference is every Halo has had a story and lore included in every game, they all have more than 5 or 6 of cut scenes, more dialogue than you can shake a stick at, story wasn't butchered by a one armed mad man, you do not require a companion app to shed a little light on on the still incoherent mess. Further to the games there are lots of books expanding the lore which I have read many of. TL,DR ODST in a gunfight with a guardian with no magic space powers equipped would take out the guardian. Spartan 3 ,4 would decimate a guardian. Spartan 2 would obliterate a guardian.

It's the exact same thing as assuming that Spartans don't have armor on, but Guardians do.
