If you have a red bar and come in 1st place
Prepare for the butt hurts to report you and blame you for lag swtiching. Anyone else tired of people accusing you for lag Switching
I'm not trying to be rude it's just some people arnt actually cheating so quit sending hate mail and quit reporting them

2 RepliesPeople don't understand what red bar is. If someone is literally skipping everywhere and no one else is. I usually report them for bad connection not cheating. I have a few Australian friends and they all have shitty Internet. Some finally getting fibre. But when they play against other countries they lag cause everyone else has better internet. But in trials I report people for cheating all the time. When you can't kill someone or they kill everyone without taking damage they are cheating. Or when everyone's green and all of a sudden you go red bar on 4th round and start winning you are getting reported.

The real problem: Cheaters + Broken Game = Witch Hunts Half the problems are lag on the games part. The other Half is Cheaters. This game is just going down hill until it gets fixed.

If you are red barring to the point where you can't be killed it's the same thing as lag switching. Your third world country internet is giving you an advantage over others because they can't hit you. It might not be intentional but you are still gaining a big advantage and should be reported for it. If it doesn't happen often, you have nothing to worry about.

I don't get it honestly, I had a 30 meg download cost me 60 a month (since our internet was contracted out by the townhouse management) and I still would red bar.. Wired connection I couldn't connect to Xbox live.. It's super weird. Had ISp come out and they replaced the router/modem still no difference lag lag lag (only on my console)

Lmao I got accused for lag switching in trials which we all had green bars. And I shit you not his reason was that when he tried to snipe me it was a headshot but he hit my body. If I was lag switching the shot wouldn't of hit me at all.

7 RepliesIf I see you with a red bar AT ALL in PvP I'm gonna report you. Because it's gotten so bad to the point in Destiny anybody I see with a red bar I usually get D-dossd out of a match. I'm not crying about not going flawless because I have but still Destiny is constantly an online game it's all online. There fore if your going to ha be a red bar and be lagging and I hit you with a rocket and a grenade and no damage pops up but I get the points after you've killed me and you glitch to the other side if the map, your getting reported. It ruins the game for people like me.

I used to have really shitty internet, and I would have red bars just because of all the lag, and I'll admit, I did a lot better when that was the case since it was harder for others to kill me. If I still played, I'd probably get banned for having bad internet...
