Shit changes quit crying about it. Sometimes there's not enough time, sometimes there's a good reason.
Like that perk that u got after maxing a subclass that would give u that little extra agility/str/recovery? That would also lock your choices in, so you wouldn't be able to tinker with your abilities. Kinda stupid to have in the first place
