Who is buying taken king dlc?
Is anyone actually bothering to buy the TK? The patch notes well and truly decided my fate and I am definitely not getting TK, I am wondering if anyone actually is buying it

I intended too I got the psn card ready but all I've seen so far is the weapon "balance" and the trailer from e3 I'm now on the fence and holding back till I see more and feel this "balance" patch before I make a spend I went head first into the season patch and felt a little deflated at the end of the ride now

I love destiny and I'll play it until September but after seeing 2.0 and the TTK content, I'm not a fan of the direction this game is heading. I sold my PS4 and its copy of destiny a few months ago because this game is getting stale. If for whatever reason it's a must buy DLC I may, just may buy it for Xbox. Doubt it though. Have to see what my friends do but they're in the same boat as me.

I bought my Xbox one last week so I'm pre-ordering the collectors edition so I get destiny and all the DLC for my new console

5 RepliesLove the weapon update. I love black hammer but it too good and we all know it no matter how awesome it is. Gally trivialized pve content and become a crutch that made developers have to balance around this one weapon. If you think about it, most encounters would be perform x action then y action then gally enemy. I think the ripple effect this nerf will have will make the game much better overall. And aren't you tired of using gally all the time?? They are making way for the new weapons in TTK and the truth was some of their early weapons were too good and people would of continued using these weapons until destiny 2. The only nerf that didn't make sense to me was to fusion rifles and icebreaker.

1 ReplyWeapon tuning is not the only things happening with the taken king dlc. Completely new perks are being added that is like nothing we have ever had. New raid will be like nothing we ever seen, since the final boss will be able take flight against us ( which I can see new Hunters super being very useful. I will be well worth the money for it.
