Making the switch from the One to PS4.
I'm really going to hate doing this grind all over again ,but I'm tired of missing out on content. Was always a PS player until the One came out. Anybody else make the switch? Just interested in seeing how many ppl moved over. This is not any console war BS. Please refrain from making this thread that way.
Edit: Any console dissing means you will be Muted. Urge commenters in the post to ignore these types of posts. Both systems are great in their own right. I'm moving to PS4 for Destiny.
Edit 2: Never thought this thread would get this big. Some ppl are switching to the One. All I got to say is...Whatever makes you happy system wise...do it. Both are great. Trolls are being muted as I come across their posts.

3 RepliesFeel you man. Slowly been making the switch myself. I play on the one, but have one 34 on play station. The grind sucks, but I have most of the exotic weapons on ps4 so. It's not too bad, the tough thing for me is finding players to do POE and trials with bc my friends are on Xbox.

I actually switched from PS3 to XB1. I may end up getting a PS4 at some point but for now I feel like XB1 is where I'll stay.

If you are going to hate doing the grind again dont switch to PS4 xbox users will be able to get the exclusive stuff in the taken king

Did the same thing have both systems just back when the first Xbox and ps2 came out had both and now again. Like you said not looking forward to the grind but at least won't miss out on content.

4 RepliesCongrats then Ps4 uses GDDR5, while xbox is using 7 years old technology DDR3, in other words, top graphic games have better frame rates per second, and/or better/bigger output display on ps4 on almost every game except destiny, that has same stats for both consoles. The truth new gen games is on ps4

I went from 360 to PS4. Just because it was selling so much faster, I figured like the 360 last gen there would be better access to used games down the line on PS4. Honestly could not articulate many differences between the two and glad we have three companies building game systems. GL with your switch.

Did the same back in October from 360. Couldn't ever get the family PS4 and was on the 360 for Destiny. Said "screw it," bought my own PS4, and actually enjoyed starting over.

I got the ps4 version first loved it bought xbox one I have more friends on Xbox kinda lame destiny wise very small group of players as ps4 has alot anytime you go one

I've always been a ps player. Got an original PS and then got hooked on Gran Turismo and never wanted to give that up lol. Swings and roundabouts I guess, I've gotten exclusive content with Destiny (Still no Hawkmoon though!) but missed out on Halo 3+ and Gears 2+ I also just prefer the ps4 controller layout which is another big factor!
