If there was a leader
Which class would be the overall leader in strategical on the front lines combat?
Edit: I choose Titans seeing how they have honed there battle senses much more then hunters and warlocks and are willing to stand up in front and not stay in the back
Edit 2: Please guys think of a reasonable argument why you have chose the class and why they would lead not list what they are or appear to be

Know as eyes
He was skilled but
By his friends he was dispised
For, a hunter
His best friend in life
Was his teammate
Good with a knife
A Titan joined up
And all were mary
For with all 3 classes
The team was quite scary
We ended crota
And most his race
The fallen ran
But our hunter did chase

The Titan killed them
While wearing skull fort
The warlock self rezed

No class is the best

Edit 4: Following the poem I found there is truly no leader amongst us because each class has its skill which we cannot compare to and may never be able to

Frontline combat command goes to titans except in special situations(example an unknown enemy appears and the warlock or hunter has to analyze or observe it to find weakness while the titan holds it back.) While off the battlefield hunters would handle some of the intel gathering and most of the scouting while warlocks would focus on r&d while gathering intel in areas that neither titans' nor hunters could get into.

If we are just talking about frontline combat command then it would have to be Titans because they are actual soldiers, whereas the Warlock are warrior-scholars and Hunters are Scouts and assassins. Outside of actual combat then its up for grabs.

All have potential leadership qualities. But you said front lines, so titans. They are best with overall tactics and strategy. Warlocks have intelligence, hunters have good survival skills as lone wolves, but for hardcore front line tactics, look to a titan. There can be exceptions.

Even though I main a Warlock, obviously a Titan would be the leader.

there is only one real answer to this.... the only true leader is the traveler speaking to us through the traveler speaker... and if there were more leaders, i think the vangaurd npc's are the leaders for each class leading each class in battle because they all know the strong and weak abilities from there own class, those 3 should work together to lead the army.

8 RepliesDefender Titans are the only class/Sub that has the ability to protect the entire fire team or to make the entire fire team more powerful with their super. Titans are the natural choice for battle field leaders. Hunters are the obvious choice for special ops, snipers, assassins. Warlocks are seem like Air support/ cover fire / Calvary / medics. We all need each other to be the best we can be. Guardians are a team that are fighting for the survival of all, we must do so as a cohesive unit. Happy Hunting Guardians

To all those saying Warlock, intelligence =\= leadership skills, most armies have a separate strategist to each battalion, they don't lead, they plan.

Hunter's Lore wise would be shitty rulers. They don't like organized battles or organization in general. They could only lead each other.

Imo warlock has most knowledge from what I read in grimoires (I might be wrong) they strategise and give orders. The Titan then leads into battle whilst the hunter runs secret side missions.

Any class can be a leader. It's up to the individual, not the class.
