Exotic engram
Has anyone actually seen an exotic engram ball drop? I've never seen one drop for anyone since I've been playing.

No, it's not possible for you to get an Exotic Engram from any drop or PvE/PvP activity. Only way to acquire them is via Xur, which only sells Armour Exotic Engrams. Mobs have never dropped Exotic Engrams, not even since day one.

2 RepliesI've seen them in YouTube videos dropping but not had one drop personally during an activity. I have gotten one or two from Cryptarc packages though.

When you buy an engram from Xur go to it and press X(Xbox). Square (Ps4) and it will drop for you so you know how it feels like. 100% legit
