Please tell me this is an early April Fool's joke...
Four extra Vault slots for armour and general items? FOUR?! And only sixteen for weapons? What...the...hell. Why even bother updating if you're barely going to add anything? That will not help in the slightest.
Call me crazy, but when they said 'more vault space', I thought it would actually be something useful. Like, a minimum of 100 slots for each type. Adding four (yes, only four) extra slots is nothing more than an insult.
I seriously hope Bungie are kidding.

6 Repliesthey say statistically only 20 percent of people have maxed out vaults. i think it's cool of them to be adding this feature for only a fifth of the population. plus its hurting the older gen systems to boot because they can't take the strain. i know it doesn't seem like much but its far better than nothing for such a small chunk of players.

I think the weapons should be a little more and definitely the general you have shaders ships ammo all that shit that one should have been more but armor is ok where its at

It's been restricted because of last gen consoles which sucks but can't really be helped. 24 extra vault spaces all in, the majority of which are for weapons and quite frankly should be plenty for now. How's about just being grateful they're doing anything considering it's a problem that only a [b]minority [/b] of the player base even have

Making new things takes a long time. For bungie to add 100 more slots and tons of new pages takes a long time. They are probably going to increase it little by little every couple of weeks or months.

Considering the vast majority of players don't even need more space I wouldn't whine quite so much about it. Just consider yourself lucky Bungie did anything at all. Jeez ungrateful much?

I was hoping they made infinite vault space so if you fill up a row a new row appears.

It will help tho, but for how long is the question. They are pushing it too max items being able too show at your screen at the same time. So that means that if they would have made seperate pages for all 3 spaces, you would have 24+36+24= 84 weapon slots. Sounds alot better to me then 36. But i can understand that going from 20 too 84 is a step too big. But it is kinda what we need. But maybe that will be in the next update. Me personally will probely already be at 30 slots filled when HoW comes out. Storing atleast 1 of all CE raid weapons and exotics that are now stuck on my characters to save room for moving stuff around. So there stats with that alot of ppl dont have full vaults is most likely because of the same reason as mine.

Who the hell uses the vault space for armor lol, all you need is crota, iron banner, and exotic gear. And all of that can be on your character and still have some slots left over.

This is a temporary solution. They're trying to find a way to make tabbed pages for the vault. Until then, you get this.

1 Reply36 slots from 20 is almost double the space, which I'm very happy with. As for armor, I hardly store any of that in vaults.. And for the items you have another 45 slots between 3 characters. Get over it.
