What fusion rifle for pvp
I have plug one, pocket infinity, and plan c. Which should i use in PvP?

Pocket infinity is the best once you get the hang of pre charging it.

Well they all do different things, PI is very cheesy and if you pre-charge you will win pretty much any battle at mid distance. Plan C is a great compliment to your primary as you can switch and immediately fire, it's less forgiving than PI if you're going to run it as your main because it only fires one bolt at a time. Plug one is good if you want to use an exotic as a primary/heavy.
