It's op with armor of light perk on. Go in, can't see the guy and even if you could you'd need to super him or shotgun n melee a hundred times to get rid of his armor. Best advice is it's good if you're using it, you're self. Only supers and like rockets will get ya. If someone else is using it, run away so you don't spoon feed them kills or go n super his ass.
