Solar tipped rounds that leave a -5 solar DoT a little shorter than the thorn. An Dragons Eye a mix between speed reload with Crits or empty mag AND bonus ammo returned directly to mag with precision kills. This cannon would be a wet dream!lol I really like Zen but the more I use cannons the less affect I generally feel from it, plus if one cannon leaves DoT, why not have two :p I really like the edit and idea, we need more exotic hand cannons!

2 notes (too make the gun more balanced) -lower impact to less than hawkmoon, High range and impact leads to nerf, so get it out of the way here -also 75% is a bit high, I would say <50%

I think it would be better if Dragon's Eye perk would have a chance upon killing an enemy with a precision shot, would cause the target to explode, and nearby enemies would be set on fire (DoT effect) and take explosion damage.
