I'm starting to think Crota hard is impossible
So many failed attempts, glitches etc. I have come to the conclusion that bungie only make it so that streamers can do it.

The team needs to click together. I have played games where things don't work and have had both times I beat him go like clock work aside from a couple hiccups. In fact the first time I beat it on hard it was the best finish of the raid I've had so far, primary take down followed by rocket takedown.

You just need proper organization and teamwork.

You're a 31 and only have 2 CE completions. Probably on Normal. Go get raid gear. Go get raid weapons. And maybe you won't have such a bad time with "Hard" mode.

Your team sucks then beat it twice in less than an hour Crota then a full run through hard again.

Alot of it is about the team. I've only done the last part once but tried like 4-5 teams where the communication or experience was just horrible for at least 1 or 2 members and that was enough to -blam!- it up. Get a good team and you'll sail it but it does need essentially a perfect run.

It's all about the connection and your sword bearer. Getting both to align for some (like me) is like getting planets to align.

Really you need a good sword bearer who is reading the lag and manning the mix well. ....some of my friends we win every time they hold the sword.... others we wipe 20 times and give up. Try making sure the sword holder is also the host that seems to be best

I beat it 3x yesterday on hard, all with randoms.

Played HM crota last night, beat it twice. 3rd try both times, with different swordbearers each time. SPAM ROCKETS, simple as that. We all have a -blam!-ton of heavy ammo synth, USE THEM.

Hunter swordbearer is super helpful. Other than that healing yourself with weapons or orbs, being organized, everyone having a role, everyone on the same page etc.. Just sometimes the game itself fights you with glitches and such.

Lets do some troubleshooting here? First is the Problem. So what is going wrong? Who is dying? Where are people dying?

It's not. The whole trick is a competent sword bearer. That's it. Otherwise, its not hard to shot rockets and deal with the right tower.
