I don't understand this over whelming need for heavy lol. Can you not just snipe crota.? Is your team stuck cause you can't keep heavy ammo up to drop crota. Are you mad that the game actually takes something from you when you die ? It's not that hard to beat crota . You don't need five g horns and 100 heavy ammo syn. If I made the raids . It would start with a six man team . And every time a player died theu would be returned to orbit and not allowed back in untill either a check point or the team wipes. The fire team would be unable to be joined by fresh player that didn't start the raid. Lose two in the maze . You don't get them back till the bridge. .. . Fighting crota and lose a man . You keep restarting a man down till either you wipe or win. If the entire team wipes you start fresh at the previous check point. And half to make it back to the boss fight this time without losing a member . Apon death you lose. Glimmer All second and heavy ammo A vanguard mark per death. Hive monstrosities, once relegated to the darkest corners of myth and legend, now waged war in full Technicolor glory before him. He gasped as the mighty ogre unleashed a devastating eye blast, violet void energy incinerating entire legions in its wake. It was so beautiful, so majestic. Without warning, the ogre turned its attention to the young Awoken who dared to stand undaunted amidst its fury. Admiring the beast’s unbridled fury, Rubik paused to let the sensation wash over him. Such passion! Such hatred! Ah, the flawed magnificence of incomplete sentences and thoughtless thought. As a wave of manifest wrath razed the landscape, he smiled. This was enough. He closed his eyes and allowed the deadly beam to reach its target, content in his contribution. The few remaining combatants would witness nothing more than another hapless victim returning to the yawning void beyond. ​Among those chosen few who had braved the infinite nothingness known as The Void, most had done so only briefly, allowing themselves a mere fleeting glance into the abyss on their way to more important matters in the physical realm. For Rubik, it felt like coming home. The chaotic battle around him slowed to a crawl, a living tapestry oblivious to its lone spectator. Here, in the world between worlds, he had time to think. The vibrant hues of interspecies alien warfare now appeared washed out and dull, the entire scene tinged with a pleasing lavender shade when viewed through this otherworldly lens. Here, perched atop the very seams of preordained reality, the purity of purpose burned away all pretext. So many “p” words in that last sentence. Here was perfect. Here was peace. ​Rubik noticed something profound among the preoccupied pugilists. He shook himself from the inadvertent linguistic loop he had entered. Fallen and Hive released inky-black clouds of semi-spiritual essence upon their demise, their pseudo-souls surging skyward in sophistic Super Slo-Mo. He realized he was doing it again. Years spent among the Hive, watching and learning from them, had taught him to recognize the true nature and intent of power. The Hive moved as one singular entity, swelling as a great tide against the shore of all who opposed them. The Fallen were cognizant of the individual self, each part of the vast intergalactic war machine striving for personal glory in pursuit of some imperceptible ultimate goal. This much was known. Even children were aware of the threat that besieged them. Perhaps nothing more was to be gleaned from this uncommon perspective. And yet, something else stood out amongst the fray. Across the courtyard, Vane and Rally embraced, a singular golden glow fusing the two into one brilliant whole. There was no mistake. This bore the mark of He/She/It. Rubik sighed and let the reins of halted existence slip from his grasp. It was time to return. ​In the instant he had been gone The Fallen had lost this fight. Rubik sprinted towards his comrades, determined to reach them before the rampaging Hive abominations became aware of their presence. He grabbed Vane by his shoulders, and he looked past Rubik as if in dream, his mind far away from the present danger. Rubik looked frantically around the area, his eyes settling on a massive hangar door that might provide a means to their escape. Vane still stared glassy-eyed at the lumbering ogre as it turned to face them, but it was Rally who finally understood. Seeming to read his intent, she pushed Rubik aside and bolted for the closed exit. ​Rally had momentarily forgotten any remnants of her previous encounter with Vane. She knew that [i]something[/i] had stirred within her during their brief embrace, but she was determined not to let that stay her hand from the present task. She watched as the ogre’s attention was caught by a lone dreg, and she was secretly thankful for the distraction. The steel blast-door before her must have weighed 5 tons, perhaps more, but it was only another obstacle. She allowed her determination to flow through her, the powered armor serving as a lightning rod to channel her inner strength. Not yet. Not when she was so close. Not yet. She grunted and strained, and still the door remained firmly set in place. The ogre turned its attention to her, and she snarled in defiance. She gritted her teeth, and crackling arc-rage surged through her body. Not yet. She thought of all the slights of the past, all the little injustices she had suffered. All of the guardians who considered her worthless, all of the times she had found her own worth lacking. Tonight, she would prove herself. Rubik looked on in awe at her silent epiphany. Rally set her jaw, and she heaved with all her might. The metal strained and groaned, and suddenly the whole of the Cosmodrome shook with her rage. Rusting girders and great chunks of concrete rained down from above. With a thunderous crash the metal door broke free from its moorings and slammed into its reinforced bulwarks overhead. The young warlock struggled to keep his footing as the shockwave of force hit him. He could tell that this had taken everything she had. Beneath an avalanche of falling steel and stone, she endured. He pulled the still-incoherent Vane along with him as he dashed for the newly-created exit. A moment before he reached her, Vane came to and stared aghast at the lone figure maintaining their escape route. “I think I like her”, he whispered, as Rubik struggled to drag the pair of them towards whatever fate lay ahead. As Rally labored to hold the hangar door aloft, her body quivering with the incredible weight, she managed a feeble, hopeful smile as the pair approached. From somewhere deep within the beckoning dark of the room ahead, a single spark of energy shot forth, burning its way into the girl’s side and catching her unaware. She staggered in pain, and the door threatened to break free of her grasp. Without thinking, Vane slid the rest of the distance on his knees and thrust his prized rifle into the gap, using it as a brace against the crushing force of the hangar door that threatened to cut off their exit. In that instant he noticed the source of the blast and threw his knife in its direction. As the blade left his fingertips, he felt its cold edge grow warm and vital, his concern made manifest. He would have sworn that he saw its edge glow with flaming heat, had he had the chance. As he turned to retrieve his rifle from its inglorious resting place, he heard an unmistakable and heart-wrenching sound. The technological marvel, his most prized possession, screamed in protest as high-tech precision gave way to trampling reality. The rifle buckled under the weight and shattered as the hangar door slammed shut, sealing them inside. ​ ​ ​ ​[/spoiler] Thanks for reading! That was chapter 8. Dear Bungie, I feel like you have focused on the wrong "lore master". I am not here to degrade his lore abilities but Sir Wallen has so much more in the lore department. He does research and includes all game information. He has been doing lore videos for a long time. I looked up Terramantis he has like 1 or 2 videos relating to destiny and I intend to watch them but really bungie?? He makes 1 video and you go GaGa??

Okay, look. I'm not saying that TerraMantis's video wasn't cool, because it was. But if you think THAT lore video was good, you are giving ZERO recognition to the guy who has been doing lore videos just like this, working his ass off just as much since the game has come out! His make on YouTube is Sir Wallen and he has done WAY more than what Terramantis has done. Just because he doesn't have many subscribers doesn't mean he shouldn't get rep, and if your going to give TM a Ride Along opportunity just because of 1 video, give Sir Wallen 22 Ride Along opportunity for the hard work that he has put into Destiny. Give credit where credit is due. If anything, Mantis is only an elementary schooler in lore compared to Wallen, who is a college professor. Terra Mantis is one of my greatest inspirations that has ever came to YouTube if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have started my YouTube channel called Chaos Gaming United besides the fact that my videos suck ass because of a roxio game capture not working correctly with my Windows go 8.1 notebook I try to make these videos due to the fact of the inspiration I was put threw and the possibility of making millions like pewdiepie did... I wanted to make this money for my mother who was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called rheumatoid arthritis aka crippling arthritis... being denied social security we stay roughly broke.. nobody can work because my dad is a United States Marine Core 100% Disabled Veteran with low payment he receive is what we live off of that barely gets us threw every month due to the bills we pay.. I wanted to help them by making this money so that we have food to eat instead of having my grandmother buy food for us.. I want to help my mother by paying for the awful chemo she has to take so that her hands to cripple in, so she can do stuff.. and most of all.. help her see the places that she always wanted to be or visit and buy that perfect house on the beach for her and my dad.. so that warm weather would make her feel better or so my dad can go fish the ocean... and then pay for my college to fulfill mimy dream as a musician in Juilliard.. and let my mother see me do something she always wanted from me.. which was to be successful in life.. but here I am at the bottom.. trying to get there to help my family.. to support them..... but I would've never got that inspiration if terramanits hadent came along.. hope you enjoy that moon trip buddy you deserve it.. -love Suicidal Affect
