Got one on my first Crota Hard completion. Gutted because all I wanted is Fang / Word, the Crux is completely worthless. Don't chase it, it might complete a collection, but it is totally and utterly worthless. I can't down Frigoris The Captain on level 12 in less than 3.5 clips... so stupid.
