If he randoms the numbers then BY CHANCE you can guess them. BUT if there is indication. For example in the case of Xur: If he is selling a Special Weapon this week you have 3 choices. 1/3 chance of getting it right. So there is a chance of finding patterns in the way he sells. The reason why I didn't give a heavy weapon is because I don't believe it will be 2 in a row. TECHNICALLY it should be another Primary weapon based on the past since DLC came out. Algorithm 2 is the Algorithm I used last week, Algorithm 1 is the new and revised one and Algorithm 3 is just a simple one. I really hope Algorithm one is really close, It is a more fair and well balanced Algorithm that looked nice and performed well. Time will tell. I personally wouldn't mind a Red Death :)
