I had quite a few legendary engrams in my storage and they all turned into blues after the patch..good -blam!-ing game.

Blues still have the same chance of dropping legendary items as purple did prepatch

Too bad it didn't state right in the pre-patch notes (out for a week) that that exact scenario would happen, oh wait, it did.
