So, I helped a friend with the Ice Breaker quest and catalyst steps before I got the gun for myself, and I "got" the catalyst. It's even checked off in my collections. I later got the gun for myself, but for some reason it didn't register that I had the catalyst, and wouldn't let me work on it. I was stuck on Step 6 of the quest until just recently, thanks to it bugging out, and I just barely finished the quest today and went through the steps to get the catalyst again, but I still don't have it yet.
