[b]LMAO[/b] [i]Titan[/i] has been hard meta in GMs since [b]THE WITCH QUEEN[/b]. Anything they nerf will just be powercrept by the next big thing.

It is logical to assume Bolt Charge Barricade will get nerfed, but it would have to be completely removed to be useless. It's free damage that never misses from a play style of safety. So the actual amount of damage doesn't even matter. A lot of it is coming from the artifact. Which, if they stay on track will be over July 15th. It's hilarious to me that we will be getting 5 new artifact mods in 2 weeks. If any of those mods start with, When causing Arc damage, or When using class ability, or Rapid multi kills create, then it will be even worse.
