There’s not a word in the OED that can adequately describe how supremely hopeless and left behind this Super has become, especially in PvP - Tragic, perhaps? What with all that’s going on (and not going on) in the game there’s probably little hope of Needlestorm seeing attention anytime soon. In PvP the hit reg up close is non-existent. You’re like a turkey when taking height with it activated, just ready to be shot down with no DR at all. PvE - not good. Very underpowered for a one and done Super. Astonished that in the rounds of balances and patches and mid season adjustments this has escaped the Devs. 🦃
