Have u pay for a "bungie day" . All other companies give their players loads of free stuff ingame whereas here u get the chance to spend ur money on useless irl items? Wtf is wrong with this company , pay back the ppl who play this game instead of begging us for money

2 RepliesEdited by TheShadow: 7/9/2023 9:32:49 PM
Wtf is wrong with this company
Well, your mistake was thinking this business was a developer. The original Bungie the actual developers drop this cheap lazy business years ago to save their reputation from being destroyed by this business. This business is far from ever being a developer knowing they have done nothing at all in the last 6 years other than treat the game/player base as a cash cow. Their cheap scummy tactics started back in D1, but it wasn't anywhere near as bad nor didn't it happen as often as it does in D2. Hell, the first scummy move from them in D2 was the very first Dawning, using that event/shop as end-game content and they tried to play it off with their fake apology saying "It wasn't meant for end-game content" and things have only gotten worse with this business... The 30th-anniversary cash grab that no other business has done in gaming history. Shoving the shop in the player's face while playing the game by interrupting the player base playing the game to advertise the garbage from the shop. Placing the shop in the directory Removing the inventory from the vendors and placing it in the shop. More and more monetization More and more paywalls This list goes on of the scummy things they have done and continue to do while overpricing their content but offering barely anything at all. This is a huge reason why I don't support garbage businesses like this one. They are bad news for gaming in general and the future of gaming...

1 ReplyIt’s hilarious when corporations try to guilt you in to donating so that they can donate the money you give them and claim it as a deductible, masquerading their attempt to get you to pay their taxes as charity, literally lower than people who stream their ‘charitable’ acts.

It’s Bungie what were you thinking ?!

Edited by Tru: 7/10/2023 12:10:04 AMBungie went woke long ago. This is what you get.

1 ReplyI’d skip the bungo stuff if you really want to donate and help charities. I’d trust a fart while having diarrhea more than giving this company charity money.
-
3 RepliesAnyone remember the 30.the anniversary? Pay is to celebrate out own birthday.

4 RepliesWe're paying for bungies donuts and yoga mats.

Laugh out loud that’s corporations for you

1 ReplyDonating money to charity via the Bungie Foundation means that the charity does not get the full value of your donation. The BF takes a cut and then passes on the remainder. They are not transparent regarding this and don’t state exactly how much they take. The BF may also benefit from some form of tax write off on top of their cut. If you want to donate to a charity do it directly. That way the charity gets the donation.

Edited by Scourged One: 7/8/2023 11:09:04 PMI actually laughed out loud reading their idiotic title, "Bungie Day, more like Bungie Yay amarite?" Rofl, no, you aren't right. BungLe is a pathetic game developer, but their egos are still working just fine! 😂😂😂

We get double rep in everything and double nightfall rewards: frankly good enough for me 🤷♂️. Everything else is for charity anyhow, you don’t “have” to do anything.

3 RepliesBungie is alot of things I could spend all day ranting about, but you can't fault them for raising money for people that really need it I mean you don't see any other developer raising money for charity, most spend there time hyping there game for profits in order

Edited by Kouz_MC: 7/9/2023 3:31:53 AMWell of course. Did you see how they spend donations? Their latest fillings are hilarious. 3mln revenue. 1.7mln spent on overheads. 0.9mln granted to their neighboring friends. Rest is retained, as for every year. Need that interest income huh! There’s nothing wrong with the company, when all their minions defend every single BS they do. At the end of the day, can’t blame Bungie for keeping on banking and milking.
