Why aren't my loadouts all unlocked?
I'm still stuck with only 6 loadout slots, and I don't know how to unlock the rest. I'm currently on guardian rank 6, and I can't get to 7 because of a triumph where you need sonar station reputation, and I haven't purchased the season pass. My three questions are,
1. Is there a way to get past rank 6 without buying the season pass?
2. If not, doesn't that technically mean the last four loadouts are locked behind a paywall?
3. Or is this all glitched out and I was supposed to unlock them at an earlier rank?

No I’m pretty sure you get them at rank 7. That’s unfortunate if they are paywalled. [i]Oof.[/i]
