Making use of Exotic Ciphers
I had an idea; I don't know if anybody else has thought about it. Please concur if you have.
We trade in Exotic Cyphers for one Ascendant shard, or at least a set amount of Enhancement Prisms, if you think that would make Shards too easily attained.
The reason being, I never use it. The exotic pool from Xur has become stale, to say the least. So I just always have a cipher in my inventory. I think it would justify doing the cipher quests again. Otherwise, I don't see any reason to pursue the Exotic Cipher.
Please tell me your thoughts.

They are rediculously tedious to get for a casual. I have 3 ciphers without doing anything, and 1 shard from last season pass. I can't even buy the one exotic I want, Izi that I didn;t get with the black armoury update.

Something needs to change. I have 1 in inventory, one at Rahool, and a completed cipher quest I can't turn in, obviously. Not too mention the season pass. I've bought EVERYTHING from the kiosk...They're worthless too me at the moment
