Hey there! Go to the Cross Save page to make sure your Steam account is linked to cross save. If it is linked, please open up Destiny 2 and open up the chat box. Type in /id and paste the numbers here it gives you.

Ok the numbers match. Go to Settings > Accounts and Linking to confirm that the Steam account is linked. It appears that it is not active with cross save.

okay well when I click to add it, it doesn't actually add it to the cross save
