Felwinter's Lie Ornament.
Hi, I purchased the Felwinter's Lie ornament as soon as it was available and unlocked it. Unfortunately, a family member of mine passed away, and I was unable to finish the quest. Is it possible to get a refund for this ornament since I will never be able to get the gun?

3 RepliesIf you purchased the package and then opened it and then unlocked the ornament, then there's nothing to be done. Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund, as per policy.
