Recycled Trials
So we're getting new maps. Except they're not new... all 3 of the ones shown are directly from D1.
We're getting new armor! It's the original D1 trials gear.
It's the same format but it sort of worked back in D1 so why wouldn't it work in D2? Ahem. Artifact.
The flawless armor is new........ but it's not flashy or cool enough and from what I heard it lasts until reset.
Don't forget ddosers. Fun times.
We all knew trials was going to come back but why did it have to be a copy and pasted set of coding from D1 into D2?

Since D1 launch, we've fought the same enemies over and over and over again. Some are reskinned with new mechanics, but on the whole, they are the same. The community regularly asks to 'bring back...' insert any of the following here; ghorn, vex Mythoclast, uni remote, trials, rift, and so on. Bungie are trying to keep the community engaged, and this next season is looking to be PvP focused. If it's not for you then fair enough, but leave the salt somewhere else.
