Transaction issues

I purchased silver to buy the tombstone emote from Eververse. The transaction completed and says that I own the emote, but it is not in my inventory. Same with a mask purchase from Eververse. Did you break the database with the new update? Little irritated because this is actual money I'm spending, not just in game currency.
