80% of hunter mains are either deluded or just plain kids
Most (not all) are really immature and want every class in the game nerfed because they want hunter the best class in the game which pretty much for pvp it is. Every time warlock or Titan gets something good they cry nerf and it’s honestly pathetic. I use all 3 classes and by far Hunter is pretty much the easy button for destiny 2 that’s why 60% of the community are hunters and everyone uses them for comp not to mention professional players use them too it’s just hunter mains don’t seem to understand

I mean if your good at the game then you’ll be good with all 3 classes. I started maining Titan on PC a while back and I found sentinel shield to be AMAZING! I would get like 3-4 kills per throw. It’s all in play style and adapting your play style to fit every class.

If I’ve got a buddy who’s new to Destiny and wonders what character to play, I say titan. Titans are more simple, and for the most part useful until endgame where a warlock or hunter can do what they do. I advocate for a lotta titan exotic and ability buffs. Hunters are flashy, and keeping perks up like practice makes perfectx5/flawless execution get the dopamine flowing when executed, and their benefits are huge. Learning the best arc staff combos with lethal current, the best smokes/throwing knives that make you feel cool. While I think that “show off” design of the hunter is cool it’s an “easy to pick up, tough to master”. A 500hour hunter vs a 50hour hunter is a huge playstyle difference, meanwhile a 500hour titan vs a 50hour titan is different yes on gunplay but the way they use their abilities is pretty similar. I’m all for that changing and I hope titans get some meaningful buffs in the near future. [spoiler]Don’t say 80% of hunters cry nerf on titans and warlocks. You’re seeing a very loud but small hunter group. These forums aren’t really that representative of all hunters. Titans and warlocks have their whiners too, I’ve been told I’m stupid for not saying golden gun is best super in the game and needs a nerf by about four titans, and one told me arc staffs reflect ability needs nerf. I don’t go around saying all titans do is ask for nerfs. [/spoiler] That rant went on longer than I expected it to. But I hope some of it made sense.

100% agree when I want to just enjoy everything I do being powerful I jump on a hunter character. Except their ankles so fragile.

3 Replies🤣🤣🤣 You are so sad. It is titans and warlocks who always ask for nerfs to things. Which is why hunter is standing on the record mountain of being nerfed 50+ times in D2 SO FAR. Meanwhile titan and warlock have had a combined total of 10 nerfs.

It’s more of an issue that hunters are what the majority of the player base use. Obviously there will be more bad eggs in a larger group. Still sucks though.

If the other classes get good exotics then the "professionals" would just switch classes. You and many other people prefer playing a Hunter because they're simpler to play and learn. The other classes require a bit more skill and both classes outperform Hunters.

(Warlock main. Don’t cry “hunter crybaby” for defending them.) Most (not all) of the fanbase isn’t even on these forums. Almost any member of these god Forsaken forums that consider themselves a Titan, Warlock, or Hunter main, want their own classes to be the best class in the game because, for some inexplicable reason, they feel the need to identify with just one of the three classes despite them playing relatively similarly overall. Any time any subclass gets something good, the other two cry nerf and it is honestly pathetic. I use all three, Warlock more than others, admittedly, and consider none of them to be an “easy button” because I recognize the strengths and weaknesses of each class and subclasses. If I’m not mistaken, the majority of the community does play Hunter, however the reasoning for that being that “Hunter is pretty much the easy button of Destiny 2” is a baseless claim.

Warlocks and Titans have spent pretty much every season in D2 crying about Hunters and in each season that thing they complained about so much gets nerfed. We’ve even reached the point where some Hunter exotics get nerfed twice. Hunters cry everytime Warlocks and Titans get something good? Well that’s exactly what you guys do to Hunters every season. Karma is a cold -blam!-. That’s just how the forums work, people complain about other classes. That’s how it’s always been not just Hunters (Especially not in D2)
