Gambit weapons drop?
I thought Bungie was supposed to increase the drop rate for gambit weapons? 4 games so far today and only blue weapons and one armor piece. Since this season started all I’ve gotten is 2 snipers which I deleted and one smg. I still haven’t even seen the auto, scout or pulse rifles. I’m pretty much done with Gambit, incredibly frustrating and repetitive just to get nothing but blue engrams.

Can't get the auto to drop and I hate GP 🤷 rng ruling weapon drops sucks man.

1 ReplyThe new gambit prime weapons have definitely had an increase in drop rate, obviously that’s going the vary from person to person but it’s definitely increased. I go the pulse rifle (actually quite good) Hand canon, crap roll so I infused it.

Played one game. Had a 700 Trust with Opening Shot and Rampage drop. Infusion fuel for my good one with no cores req’d.

it's crazy how everyones RNG is so different. for me, before they did the update this week, i had found 1 weapon. i did 4 gambit prime matches today and got 3 weapons (2 hand cannons & 1 sidearm). and then got the sniper as the reward for completing 4 matches. i've done 8 Reckoning tier 2 runs so far this week and gotten 3 hand cannons, Curated Pulse. and somewhere i got a bug out SMG.

SMGs (lot of SMGs) from Reckoning, Sniper rifle from Gambit prime (geth do not infiltrate).

1 ReplyThe chances should increase every game you don’t get one, to the point that’ll you’ll be guaranteed a drop. How many games that is, I don’t know: Reckoning is better to farm for it in comparison. However, in the Reckoning, it (the hand cannon) will only drop from the Likeness of Oryx. You can farm Reckoning for it this week , but will have to wait another week after this upcoming reset.
