One eyed mask
After grinding and grinding for a forsaken exotic and not getting one in what seems like ever I just gave up. Well I went to Edz to farm dust rock and to my surprise exotic engram drop and bam one eyed mask , was actually excited for the first time since D1 on a exotic drop.
Just sharing so everyone doesn’t give up and hope y’all get them drops

1 ReplyIt's not an OP exotic and it does have strong neutral game. If there's one thing about it that needs an adjustment, it would be the tracking duration. It does last pretty long, but I wouldn't nerf anything else.

3 RepliesI finally got it last night during the Mercury Heroic Mission! It dropped from an orange bar Harpy of all things. The funny thing is I HATE Mercury missions. I hate the infinite forest. I usually just Titan skate through as much as I can. But I had a little too much to drink last night and was like Fck it, I’m killing everything! Boom, got it from the third Harpy I killed! Immediately backed out of that crap and went into QP. Got warmed up and went 27-0 really 27-1. That Helmet is stupid broken! It’s about time RNG!!!!

1 ReplyYeah I haven had any exotics drop in weeks and no new forsaken armor. Last week One Eyed Mask dropped from the raid. This week on the first match of gambit on my hunter I got the Gwisum vest. And when I switched to my warlock and played gambit I got the chromatic fire chest piece.

If I got one eyed I would be so op.. Kill a guy with wavesplitter, slide get my shield and damage buff; and buff that damage even more by sliding over the ammo brick(inertial overdrive on thunder crash)

1 ReplyTry my way of getting exotics. Don’t play Destiny 2 for about three days. Then go complete everything that gives you powerful gear. When I did that I got two Forsaken exotics

3 RepliesRNGesus has a very strange sense of humor. Been hoping to get Cerebus +1 since Forsaken dropped. Got it from a random yellow bar yesterday. I finished my Ikora bounties today on the same character and BOOM!!! another one (both 600 power) RNGesus giveth and RNGesus taketh away :-)

Heard shard of galanor was pretty good. Farmed every prime & legendary engram, milestones/bounties every week for the past 3 week. Not a single drop for my hunter. A friend randomly ask me to help him farm strike for token. Told myself : What the **** why not. 1st strike boom Shard of galanor and another Black Talon. Exotics know when you give up.

3 RepliesSharing that you’ve grinded and grinded and finally got a single drop doesn’t give me hope. It just confirms the really poor system in place. I got 3 duplicates from year 1 in the past couple weeks. Feels like I gave up all my good rng for repeats. Feels bad. But I picked up RDR2 and it feels better, so that’s something. I wouldn’t feel excitement about an exotic, I would feel relief if it was actually one I didn’t already have.
