"The unemployment rate held at 3.7 percent, the same as September, which is the lowest it's been in decades -- since the end of 1969. And the Hispanic unemployment rate, 4.4 percent, has never been lower.
The unemployment rate for African-Americans, 6.2 percent, remained near the all-time low of 5.9 percent set in May.
On top of those numbers, the economy added a whopping 250,000 jobs last month. After revisions, job gains have averaged 218,000 over the past 3 months."

19 RepliesIt doesn't matter when the country's national debt continues to rise exponentially and has already grown by 1 trillion under Trump (from 20 to 21 trillion) and is expected to grow another 4 trillion before the end of the 2018 fiscal year (to 25 trillion). Job growth is meaningless, especially when inflation grows alongside the national debt (also, those so-called tax cuts were rendered completely ineffective right under everyone's noses precisely thanks to inflation). https://www.usgovernmentdebt.us/ Trump or otherwise, it makes no difference who holds office because zionist jews and their puppets are going to do whatever they have to do to maintain control over this blind and foolish population. The New World Order draws closer and all its players within this illusion that we call a two-party political system are only ushering us closer. Nothing is going to stop the NWO from forming so that all which has been written in the Biblical scriptures would be fulfilled. Nothing escapes the prophecy contained within the Word of God and it continues to unfold before our eyes. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

2 RepliesYes, however, most of those were low paying jobs in hospitality or construction. Further, despite corporate income increasing, wage growth has remained the same. This means that the tax plan, which gave cuts to wealthy and corporations, and was supposed to stimulate increased wages, is not doing that. Companies, as they said they would, are using increased revenues to pay dividends and fund stock buy back. All this means that the benefits of the GOP tax plan are not being enjoyed by middle/lower classes, but by wealthy and corporations. Meanwhile, many working Americans are having to get multiple jobs to make ends meet. I wouldn't call this a rousing success.

12 RepliesThe economy has been recovering for almost 10 years now. 250,000 jobs were added in a month back in 2015 too? We’re you just as excited then? Trump took office with a little over a 4% unemployment rate. That had came down from 10% when Obama took office. Statistically the economy has been growing waaaaaaay before Trump was more than a shady real estate guy who didn’t pay his workers, and a thief who stole thousands of dollars from people for some ego college.

3 RepliesEdited by Number1 Casual: 11/3/2018 2:11:57 PMI have some quotes too care of the orange racist in the White House!
"The unemployment number, as you know, is totally fiction."

"The 5% figure is one of the biggest hoaxes in modern politics."

"You hear a 5% unemployment rate. It's such a phony number. That number was put in for presidents and for politicians so that they look good to the people."

"Don't believe these phony numbers. The number is probably 28, 29, as high as 35 [percent]. In fact, I even heard recently 42 percent."
All you people need to learn to speak civilly. If you think Democrats or Republicans alone can fix everything, you're not helping anyone. Work together. Not apart. Like, you were literally taught that in 1st grade. Same with sharing, being nice, and doing your fair share. You're taught that young, because of how important it is. And you all forgot. Are you more civil than a first grader? If not, you should probably understand what grow up means. It doesnt just mean get a job, and use big words.

4 RepliesWe’re just in the up cycle, it will revert back, it always does. Just ride the high for now, the down turn will be here soon enough.

The real question is whether or not it will last. Growth means naught if it can't be maintained. Also whether it's healthy. As for the people saying thanks Obama. People, if Trump had absolutely no part in this it'd be doing the opposite. He loves to try and do the opposite to everything the left did :smirk:
-
It’s a continuation of a trend, I don’t think it’s fair to give trump full credit, but yes it’s a good thing indeed. What has me concerned is the quality of the jobs? Are they more minimum wage manufacturing jobs that don’t pay enough to get people off government assistance? Or is it enough for a middle class lifestyle?

Lmao, I read that as unemployed when I saw the title

3 RepliesEdited by Partisan: 11/2/2018 10:35:30 PMTfw you can't decide about gloating about being right (as usual) about the effects of massive, debt-financed government stimulus spending on the economy, or being sanctimonious about how we could have avoided one of the greatest American tragedies of the century by stimulating the economy and alleviating the suffering of millions at the height of the Recession instead of at... 4% unemployment

FAKE NEWS! My sources tell me, and they’re really good sources, the best actually, that the real unemployment is 47%, some even say as high as 75%. Wow! SAD!
