Seriously it takes more effort than a shoulder charge and doesn't lock on even. And u can only do it on the ground.

It does have slight tracking to it though.

Not enough to accurately rely on Thing is I don’t need the entire shockwave to one hit just the person it hit directly with the staff. Or the first person damaged by it.

So does shoulder charge. Can track you 20 feet in the air
