Destiny's precision kill recognition disgusts me. Every time I drop an opponent with a Hand Cannon and see those yellow numbers pop up, I have to open my inventory to check if I got the PK. Sometimes the opp was offed by a teammate. But in situations when I have no allies nearby and the last numbers to pop up as I land a kill are yellow, I check my counter and it hasn't moved. The game isn't properly counting PKs. It just randomly ticks up sometimes when you get one. I may not be a very good aim with an HC. But in 30 matches, I know I've got more than f-ing 7 PKs. So why doesn't it register? The short answer is that Destiny isn't designed for fun, it's designed to piss people off.
